At Tinnitise Sound Lab, we prioritize your privacy. We collect information in a limited and transparent manner:
- Authentication Data: When logging in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture to securely create and manage your account.
- Application Data: Most of your settings, such as Notch Therapy frequencies, volumes, saved mixes, and microphone audio recordings, are stored locally on your device (browser). We do not upload your personal recordings to our servers.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We use globally recognized and secure infrastructure services to operate the application:
- Supabase: Used as our database and authentication provider to secure access to your account.
- Google OAuth: Used to enable quick and secure login.
- Stripe: All Premium plan transactions are securely processed by Stripe. Tinnitise does not collect, process, or store your credit card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email and name solely to link your access to the Premium version, send purchase receipts (if applicable), and deliver critical security notifications or service updates.
4. Your Data Rights
You have the right at any time to request access to your account data or request its permanent deletion. To delete your Tinnitise account, you can send an email to support@tinnitise.com. Please note that if you clear your browser's data, you will lose the mixes and audio files saved locally on your device.
