1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tinnitise Sound Lab (the "Application") and our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Tinnitise provides a white noise generator and environmental sound mixer designed for wellness and personal comfort. It is mandatory that you read and accept our Medical Disclaimer. The application does not guarantee a cure or clinically proven relief for tinnitus.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to log in using a third-party account (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (Premium Plans)

Tinnitise offers a free model ("Basic") and upgrade options ("Annual Premium" and "Lifetime Premium").

• Processing: Payments are made through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe).
• Annual Subscriptions: These will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing date.
• Lifetime Access: Guarantees access to Premium features for the entire lifespan of the Tinnitise Sound Lab product.

5. Intellectual Property

The application design, source code, logos, and interfaces are the exclusive property of Tinnitise Sound Lab. Default ambient sounds in the library are either licensed to or owned by Tinnitise. Reproduction or redistribution of our platform without express consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tinnitise and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to hearing damage, loss of data, or loss of profits arising out of the use of or inability to use the application.
